1. Archive the scene.
The archive should contain the 3ds Max scene itself, textures, proxy (if they were applied), etc. When using objects in the XRef scene, you must first "freeze" them in the scene. If there are additional plug-ins and scripts in the scene, please, warn about it.
2. Download the archive via FTP through the FileZilla client
3. For remote access, you will need TeamViewer
In 3ds Max, follow steps 1 – 6
The proxy will not be copied to the specified folder, they need to be moved manually. When used in an XRef object, they need to be “frozen” in the scene – for high-quality display of textures with a distributed render. Archive your project and send it to FTP (we will let you know the login and password)
To save the project, execute: File -> Save Project.
The file * .c4d and the required textures are archived and uploaded to the farm via FTP.
